About Lauren

Lauren Kueper is a mezzo-soprano originally from Iowa and currently resides in Moorhead, MN. She has sung in operas, concerts, and choruses across the United States. Opera roles she has performed include Carmen from Bizet’s Carmen, La Zia Principessa from Puccini’s Suor Angelica, Jupiter in Michael Polo’s Pluto, Cherubino in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, and Third Lady in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte.

Lauren has performed with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra Chorus, Fargo-Moorhead Opera Chorus, and Transept in Sioux Falls. She received her master of music degree from North Dakota State University and holds a bachelor of arts degree from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD.
